There are more than 200 customers of Alliance. The major customers include Contact Centers and PABX installations. Alliance has over 40 Contact Centers installed base, 26 of which are multinationals, and of the outsource Contact Centers, 8 are from North American companies. In the case of the PABX installed base of about 140, 47 are multinationals. There are more than 70 KTS installations. On other products, about 10 are cabling installations, 60 call accounting systems, 10 nice voice logger systems, 6 voice response systems, and a numerous installations of conferencing systems.
